Morgan Blonder is currently a senior at Rutgers University, majoring in Nutritional Sciences, Dietetics. Her immediate futures plans are to obtain a Dietetic Internship through a prestigious program along with her master’s degree. In the future, she hopes to spread her love of nutrition and open wellness center that will incorporate all forms of healthy living.
Morgan has had the opportunity of working within many aspects of nutrition. She is currently a diet clerk at CentraState Healthcare System as well as an intern for the Nutrition Twins in New York. In addition, she has shadowed many nutritionists at A Better You, and was a research intern at Project PA at Penn State University. Within Rutgers University, Morgan is a member of the Nutrition Club, the Nutritional Sciences Preschool, and is one of three co-principal investigators for the research committee of KON, Kappa Omicron Nu, the nutritional sciences honors society at Rutges.
Morgan joined the Healthy Dining Team in Spring 2012. She describes the Healthy Dining Team as home. She loves the reinforcement she receives from the team and the openness of her fellow members.
FUN FACT: She has never broken any bones, knock on wood!
