Courtney graduated from Rutgers in 2012 with a Nutrition Major, Dietetics option. She is current at the University of Michigan obtaining her Dietetic Internship with a pediatric focus. Courtney has taken part in the NACUFS Food Service Management Internship, worked for the NJ SNAP-ED Program, as well as volunteered at the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. Her future plans are to become a Registered Dietitian after completing her Dietetic Internship.
Courtney was a member of the Rutgers Healthy Dining Team for 2 years, Fall 10 – Spring 2012. She describes HDT as a close knit family that can all work together towards the same goals without feeling a need for competition. While being a part of HDT, she enjoyed proving nutrition information to the students through innovative ideas and weekly newsletters.
