Taylor Palm is a senior at Rutgers University double majoring in Nutrition with the Dietetics and Food Service Administration options with a minor in Psychology and a certificate in child nutrition. In the past, she has been a speaker for adult nutrition clubs, teaching people tips and tricks for healthier lifestyles. After completing a dietetic internship and becoming an RD, Taylor hopes to work with people suffering from food allergies and intolerances.
Taylor loves her position with the Healthy Dining Team. She runs the Twitter and enjoys interacting with students and giving them tips on staying healthy. Her favorite part of the team is how close everyone has become and how well everyone works together.
FUN FACT: She is lactose intolerant with fructose malabsorption.
