Lindsay Yoakam is currently a sophomore at Rutgers University majoring in Nutritional Sciences, with a dietetics option. She joined HDT in 2013, and loves the vast learning experiences she is able to experience from being a member. Lindsay also enjoys working with the other team members and getting to know them. She describes HDT as legendairy.
Lindsay is currently a student worker at the Livingston Dining Hall at Rutgers University and a member of the Academy for Nutrition and Dietetics. In the future, she hopes to become a Registered Dietitian.
FUN FACT: She has successfully completed the Tower Jump on Busch campus at RU!
